1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days(excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders submitted post 3 PM will be processed on the subsequent business day.
- During high-volume seasons, sale events, or holidays, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional days.
- Pre-order or made-to-order products (if listed) may require extra processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
2. Shipping Timeline
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Locations: 7–12 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shippingmay be available on select products or above a minimum order value (if applicable; you can modify this according to your pricing strategy).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.
- COD orders may include an additional COD handling fee (optional for you; if you charge, I can add this line).
Shipping charges (if any) will always be shown during checkout before completing payment.
4. Order Tracking
We work with reliable and trusted courier partners for safe and timely deliveries, including:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- It may take 12–24 hours for tracking status to update after dispatch.
- If tracking information is not updating for more than 48 hours, you may contact us for assistance.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
Japskins is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
- Delivery failure because the customer is unavailable
- Delivery reattempt delays
If your package is sent back to us due to any of these issues:
- Re-shipping charges will apply for sending the order again.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & handling fees.
6. Shipment Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, the following factors may cause unexpected delays:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays & festivals
- Courier operational delays
- Political disturbances or strikes
- Remote location service availability
We always assist customers in tracking delayed shipments and coordinating with courier partners.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears:
- Damaged
- Opened
- Tampered
- Wet or leaking
Please do not accept the delivery.
Inform us immediately with photos/videos and the courier slip.
If the package is accepted in damaged condition without proof, we may not be able to support claims.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
- Sometimes items may ship from different warehouses.
- In such cases, you may receive multiple packageseven if placed in a single order.
- You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
9. Change of Delivery Address
Customers can request an address update before dispatch.
After shipping, address changes are not guaranteed and depend entirely on courier partner policies.
10. Order Not Received but Marked Delivered
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
- Report it to us within 24 hours
- We will raise a complaint with the courier
- Courier investigations take 3–7 working days
Replacement/refund will be processed only after courier verification.
